Project Description: "The Clearwater Specific Plan establishes land use guidelines and development standards for the Clearwater Specific Plan area. These guidelines and standards provide a framework for development of a cohesive, mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented condominium hotel opportunity that will significantly contribute to the revitalization of the Old Mammoth Road corridor. Implementation of the Clearwater Specific Plan, through adoption by ordinance, shall provide a mechanism for directing and focusing development of proposed projects on the site.
