Volunteer

From the first trails and public access inventory in the summer of 2006 to the fulfillment of the GIC to Town Clean-Up Day, MLTPA has been busy with project after project in the last year. And what all of these things have in common, of course, is you: the civic-minded, philanthropic volunteer who loves her community and the public lands that surround it. Without your help, it would have taken MLTPA many, many moons to collect the volume of information that went into those reports...if we could have collected it at all.

That said, we still need you! Until the planning process is initiated, we won't be able to dole out specific tasks, though we can assure you they'll run the gamut from data entry to GPS fieldwork. If you're interested in donating your time and energy to these efforts, please send us an email at , or call Communications Manager Kim Stravers at (760) 934-3154. She'll put you on the list and check in when we have details on what you can do. Click here to download our Volunteer Program outline.
